SKU AM263 is a full box of fifty .38 Short Colt cartridges, loaded by Remington under the Kleanbore name with a 125-grain lead bullet. The carton is the picture-box style, and the lot is sold as a used, collectible item rather than fresh production ammunition.

For a Texas cartridge collector, a complete fifty-round picture box in .38 Short Colt is the draw here: the carton, the headstamps and the lead bullets together make up a complete example of this Remington loading. It belongs in a collection or alongside a period Colt revolver as a display piece. Because it is sold as a used collectible, treat the intact box as the value and have the rounds checked before anyone considers firing them. The supplier gives no date or lot code, so the carton artwork and the photos are what you have to go on. Look closely at the corners, label and inner packing in the pictures before you buy, because old boxes vary in how they survive.
