Firearms Return Policy
Due to federal law, firearms that have been transferred to a buyer cannot be returned. Once you complete the ATF Form 4473 and take possession of the firearm at your FFL dealer, the sale is final.
If you notice a manufacturing defect before completing the transfer:
- Refuse transfer at your FFL dealer and ask them to return the firearm to us
- Contact us within 48 hours at (713) 334-5198 or support@texasgunshop.store
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund
Warranty Claims
For manufacturing defects discovered after transfer, most firearms come with a manufacturer warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repairs. We can help facilitate communication — call us at (713) 334-5198.
Non-Firearm Returns
Accessories, parts, optics, and other non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is in its original packaging
- The item is unused and in resellable condition
- All tags, manuals, and accessories are included
How to Return
- Contact us at support@texasgunshop.store within 30 days with your order number
- We’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return address
- Ship the item back via a trackable method (customer pays return shipping)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (5-7 business days)
Non-Returnable Items
- Ammunition (federal law)
- Magazines that have been loaded or used
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or engraved items
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll file a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
