Age Requirements

Rifles and shotguns: 18 years or older
Handguns: 21 years or older
Your state may impose higher age requirements

State-Specific Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in specific states including California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Maryland, Illinois (certain counties), Washington D.C., Connecticut, and others. We do not ship prohibited items to restricted jurisdictions. If we cannot fulfill your order due to state law, we’ll issue a full refund.

Texas Gun Shop is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from the misuse, illegal use, or negligent use of any product sold through our website. The buyer assumes all responsibility upon taking possession at their FFL dealer.
