By accessing or using Texas Gun Shop (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least:
- 18 years old to purchase long guns, ammunition, and accessories
- 21 years old to purchase handguns
You must be legally permitted to own firearms under federal, state, and local laws. Prohibited persons (convicted felons, those under restraining order, etc.) may not purchase from us.
FFL Transfer Requirement
All firearm purchases ship to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choice. You must pass an ATF Form 4473 background check at the dealer before taking possession. Transfer fees (typically $25-50) are paid directly to the FFL dealer.
Orders and Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cryptocurrency. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund. All prices are in USD.
Shipping
Firearms ship only to FFL dealers. Ammunition ships where legal. Non-firearm items ship directly to you. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns
Firearms that have been transferred to a customer cannot be returned. See our Returns Policy for specifics.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Gun Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
Compliance with Laws
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws. We do not ship to jurisdictions where products are prohibited (e.g., certain California-restricted items, NY SAFE Act features, etc.).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
